OK, we have all done a gazillion damn diets but here we are, still looking for a workable answer.
There is one.
I lost 30 lbs. last year by eating fat burning foods.
The trick is to eat foods that consume (burn) more calories than they contain. That means you lose weight when you eat these fat-burning foods and you can eat unlimited amounts!
It is truly amazing! You'll have more energy and therefore want to, desire to exercise, which of course helps the body in many ways, as well as to lose more weight and tone.
There IS an answer to expensive and boring diets!
